“Our first visit after recently moving into the area and we were not disappointed. Will definitely be returning.
A lovely friendly welcome and nice atmosphere. Clean and tidy with traditional countryside pub decor, comfortable and cosy.
For our meals we had starters, mains and just left enough room for some deserts. All four of us enjoyed everything we had chosen, as the food was well presented, extremely tasty, well cooked and good sized portions. Some dishes are also available as small portions if you prefer.
The menu has a good selection of all courses and the bar is also stocked with a very good variety of drinks.
I would personally recommend booking in advance, as even on our visit (out of the main tourist season) the restaurant area filled up quickly during the evening.”
