The sticky honey chicken was delish, despite being busy, waiting time was great for hot, tasty, well presented food at fair price ( unlike some over inflated places for mediocre dishes ) another of the group reordered the fish due to previous visits and she was not disappointed. The fish is of extremely good quality . The hardest thing about eating at The Anglers is deciding what to have ooh! ?? ?

133 High St, AnnanWe married at Gretna Green on 29 November and decided to have a takeaway after the ceremony. I had seen great reviews for Solway Cafe on Tripadvisor so we went there for a fish supper for my husband and chips and cheese for me. The haddock was freshly cooked and my husband loved it. We both loved the chips which were perfectly cooked and the taste of the vinegar was amazing as we normally can hardly taste it. The meal was great value and the service was very friendly. I would highly recommend Solway Cafe.

The Shed
7 Lady St, AnnanMe and my wife just got married and we’re staying at the westlands country park. Took our dog for a walk along the town and popped into the shed pub. The staff were very friendly towards us and our dog Charlie. Came over with water and treats for him. Will definitely be back next time we’re are down.

82 High St, AnnanThis fish and chip shop with cafe is very good indeed. The haddock was so fresh and the chips were crisp and tasty. The value is first class, the portions are generous and the staff are friendly and helpful. Real chip shop vinegar too and a selection of old fashioned sweets! Well worth visiting for some of the best fish and chips you will have anywhere.

128 High St, AnnanGreat night bar staff top quality and very helpful, thourghly enjoy my visits to this local public house. I have been in the "com" many times since I turned 18 and it has seen a number of licencees but I am very impressed with the current one. He goes out of his way to entertain you by singing, plying his craft as a DJ, arranging bands and Karaoke ? and putting excellent pub grub on for functions. Darts nights, domino club and a special "Monday Club" which I'm keeping a secret..... You will have to pop in at around 4 to 5 pm to find out!! Keep up the good work and a big up to John, JoJo and all staff. ??
