“We always visit the West End Bar when we’re visiting family in Pittenweem. It’s advisable to book because the food is fabulous. Great service and a wonderful menu with tempting daily specials. The flour-free chocolate dessert is always a winner. The drinks list is great too - lovely cocktails and a decent wine list. We have also visited just for a drink and the bar service was equally friendly. Finally, the place is dog-friendly, which is a huge bonus for us because we have a retired Guide Dog who likes to go everywhere with us. The owner remembers our dog’s name and makes us all feel welcome!”

“Went to the Shoregate pub last week to listen to traditional Scottish music. It happens once a month. Musicians jamming, playing for pleasure not a performance as such. Very chilled. The place was packed - it was a lovely hot night in beautiful Crail. People were friendly. I didn't eat but this place has a great reputation for lovely food. I didn't stay in the hotel”

“Rockies is a hidden gem, tucked away from the main street of Anstruther, 10mins walk from the front. The views from the restaurant across to the harbour are lovely. The food is as good as anything you'll get in any fancy restaurant, service was friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed our meal and will recommend it to anyone visiting this part of Fife. 2nd Visit in July 2025, again faultless food that was amazing, love this place 5✨”
