“This is darren fairlie, I was looking all over scotland as I've worked most of the highlands for someplace my 15 yr old dog that can't walk well and would let me In with her wheelchair/wagon and other easy flat ground things she could handle and this has been perfect for us both at the campsite cafe beach and bar an grill all the staff were more then kind and helpful I wish I knew about this place sooner as I only stay in montrose id definitely recommended this to people and come here again if I have the chance very peaceful and helpful when I needed a hand with my dog id just like to say thanks, I'm gonna try come back if my dog will manage it in the next month or 2. I forgot to mention the food at the Cafe and bar are really great and fast, games for kids at the Cafe and beautiful beer garden at the grill my dog loved just sitting there really appreciate the service as ive been place before that werent as tolerant towards my breed of dog(staffy) so its honestly appreciated.”

“This is a small old time public house with lots of atmosphere, there wanot a lot of people in the pub but there was a group of musicians playing Scottish music and they were great, they were not young and its sad to say this may be the last of this type of entertainment ..We had a great time and the service was really good . Not much of these places left .”
