We were looking for somewhere to eat decent food since came to Scotland for holidays 1st time ever, and after 3 days we found this gem which was awesome location brilliant menu, spoiled for choices, we devoured on it. Ribeye was to die for and awesome service!!!

We came for dinner because we saw on the menu that they offer lots of vegan options. I had the wellington pie and it was delicious! The restaurant is very cosy and the location is beautiful. We didn’t stay at the hotel but can absolutely recommend the food, especially for vegans.

I was treated to My Mothers Day lunch here today. What a lovely place. It was so cosy. I'm partial to a fairy light so loved it The food was lovely. It was very busy. A lovely young woman was our very busy waitress. I can't fault my visit and will definitely be back. The gift for all of the Mothers today was a nice touch too x Great job guys x
Maybe it's the time of the year but the food was not brilliant. The house salad wasn't fresh, peas with peas and more peas!!. I had the sausage and mash which was very poor, the mash potato was thick enough to plaster a wall or could have been used to paste wall paper to the wall. Like i said maybe it's the time of the year. But if you charge these kind of prices and not cannot deliver then just do pie & beans. Staff were very friendly and some excellent beers. 5/10
