The food is awful. £9 for a look warm hot dog sausage in a baguette (not even buttered). Calling this a bratwurst is a stretch. It's a shame considering the location.

Have been to this cafe twice now, both times it was awful food. The second time I visited their menu had bratwurst with onions, which I ordered. They gave me hot dogs in a baguette, which is not what they advertised on their menu and they charged me £8.95. What a joke. If you are going to serve that then call it as a hot dog instead of Bratwurst.I would never recommend this cafe to anyone, falsely advertising as Bratwurst then they put the jar hot dogs in the baguette. Please avoid if you can so you won't be disappointed as I was.

What a great place, possibly the best breakfast bun I have had in my entire life and I have eaten a lot as I am old! Great inside, nice and warm with the log burners at this time of year. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great selection of tea as well.

Stopped in for a cup of tea and to warm up a little ... Very friendly staff. Cakes looked excellent but was good this time... Warm fire on and relaxed atmosphere...

What a lovely spot to take a load off. The family and dogs alike loved it. Cullen skink for the win!

My daughter left her cuddly toy at the barn after we had enjoyed some delicious soup (Cullen Skink was great!), we only realised after we had driven home and after a phone call the staff we very helpful and organised for it to be posted back to us (thanks Moira!). Would recommend a place run by good kind people.

Stopped for a break and had a superb filled roll (link sausage) with coffee. Dog friendly inside so would definitely stop here again.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu and several wanted to stroke the dog - everyone happy

A great place to stop for a bite to eat. The Cullen skink was excellent and the cheese scone was really tasty; light and fluffy. It's dog friendly too, inside and out which is a bonus. The water bowls are a great touch.

Ran out of food quite early on Sunday afternoon when we went. What we had was yummy though. A bit overpriced.

Lovely place, food and staff. They had a sign up regarding short staffed, so please be understanding and patient as you can tell the staff are trying their best.
