Food has always been great from here. But now I can no longer order online or pay by card unfortunately won't be able to order again. Will switch to using another place that accepts card.
I pm'ed this place on Facebook asking if they delivered to where I lived. I got no reply so my Husband went to collect instead. I then message back saying that it was OK, he picked it up instead.. My message was replied to last night. ... A whole 7 weeks later!!!!.. How was it replied to? With a "So sorry I didn't see ur message, forgot, whatever",no,it was replied to with a thumbs up!! When I asked if they thought the thumbs up was good response after 7 weeks with no reply their reply? "haha, sorry, really busy, lots of messages (I very much doubt with the quality of food and awful service you are inundated 12 hours a day, 7 days a week for 7 weeks) laughing?? Is that any way to run a business?? Who is THAT busy that they cannot reply in 7 weeks?? Strangely enough, on Facebook tonight they managed to reply to customers the same night. Joke of a place, the food we did pick up was beyond average if bad. Wouldn't recommend and even if the food was amazing? The fact they have NO manners and lie about how busy they are over a 7 week period then laugh about it is good enough for me to never return. AVOID!!
