Great to try this place,been meaning to do it for a good while,so glad I did,quality of food is fantastic,fantastic portions also.it was the start of the Christmas menu tonight,and its quality !. Bacas is a little gem in Dalmellington and has the best waffles ever! I work nearby and every time I'm looking forward to getting my morning waffles (among other nice things as well). It's a nice cosy place with a variety of choices amongst savory and sweet. The people working there are very kind and friendly and Angela always welcomes me with a warm smile!
I have family in Ayr and we decided take a day trip to Loch doon and castle Douglas. Once on the road we realized we were ravenous! We stopped at Bacas and got a massive to go order. It was between breakfast and lunch and we were all kinds of loud and mildly hungover. Why lie, we were hungry chaos but the staff was lovely and helpful.
