Yes beautiful helpful people with the knowledge how to make a good baken/egg roll or a full Scotish breakfast. Thanks to the girl who trusted me(the walker) because had to go and get some cash from somewhere.

We went for a late lunch. The portion of chips are very big for the price. The chips were hot and made fresh. The curry sauce and cheesy chips were so delicious. The chicken burger was good aswell. My panini was simple but very nice. They had a good drink and cake selection. The inside area is a bit cramped if you wish to sit down but they do offer takeaway and there is a nice park opposite. We later returned for scoops of icecream. They were tasty and they have a variety of flavours aswell as choices of cones and tubs. They do have fresh cookie dough but we did not have time to wait the 10 mins for it too cook. The staff were polite and friendly. I had a good experience.Vegetarian options: I had a cheese panini and chips with curry sauce and cheese. They offer many items such as baked potatoes, cold rolls, veggie burger. They even have veggie sausages and you can have a breakfast roll with them.

Got a delivery the other night of four ice creams. When it came one was missing and didn't realise til we sat down. I called the shop to tell them and ask for it to be delivered asap as I had an upset 5 year old who wondered why his brother got one and he didn't. When I asked how long they would be I was told 'oh I don't know, we're really busy'. I'm sorry but if you messed up an order you should be prioritising them to make sure their order is completed before going on to anyone else's order. I ended up going down myself to collect the ice cream which defeats the purpose of why I ordered a delivery in the first place. The young girl did apologise but not an offer of a wee freebie or delivery money returned or anything. Pretty poor service!

Great tasting breakfast with friendly service.Only2 tables and counter at window but great value.
We didn't have breakfast when we left Glasgow so at 11:00 am plus we were looking for a place for breakfast in Balloch. We tried going to 3 other places prior...one said the breakfast was over, while another couldn't make us breakfast because they were too busy making drinks, and the third one which had a big sign for breakfast doesn't seem to care for non hotel guests. We stumbled into Scoops. It was cozy but very inviting. The young lady taking our order was very nice, so was the other lady who brought us the food. We ordered the family breakfast box . There was a lot of food. We were given 6 buttered buns and 4 each of the other items. We literally cannot finish them even though we (2 adults, a 17 and a 20 year old) were famished. First time eating black pudding and it was strange but most of us enjoyed it, but the potato scones were very good. Everything else was just as good. And all these cost less than £25. Well worth it. Thank you from California.

Had double scoop cone ice cream ( chocolate and oreo ) and they tastes like typical Scottish ice cream made from fresh milk and cream.. absolute banger on a bright sunny day ? highly recommended place to dine in ( atleast for the ice creams ) if you're visiting Balloch..
