Fast food it ain't!Service is exceptionally slow. No sense of Q management at all, I stood for 20 minutes waiting to be served with only 1 person in front of me. Given it is a busy shopping centre with staff on lunches you would envision they would have a sense of urgency around them.

Can’t recommend the guys at silverburn subway enough.. ordered on just eats to the wrong address on my phone app. So phone shop to change address and they quickly changed address over with a very polite welcoming manner. No problem at all. When order arrived they also added some complimentary cookies which they didn’t have to do as I was the one who messed up delivery address. After receiving my order they called back to make sure everything was ok with the order. Great customer service ?????? Thanks guys
