Had the owner shout at me previously for phoning up 3 times to check on delivery. Consistently tell you it will be 1hr delivery. Call back at 1hr 20 mins to be told that the driver is just coming back. 1hr 50 minutes later and it's just on its way? Gave up ordering from here after consistently bad experiences.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Was extremely disappointed in service and food. Serivce started bad way us being 5 mins early and getting attitude food was shocking a ham and chicken mayo topping then having tuna in it. Won't ever go back to this store avoid at all cost

How can I give a 0 star review? This was diabolical. They forgot half of the order, and what was there was a soggy, inedible mess. Avoid if you'd like to remain well and healthy.

Very unimpressed got a Chicken burger. The bun was rock solid if I had time on my short lunch break I would have gone back and thrown it through the window with a note attached. No need for a brick Lol. U should avoid if you can waste of money.

First time in ordering good ..Order came omg looked like a dog dinner .took it back. The owner . Attitude is terrible . Food was under cooked and cold . Avoid at all costs .It's the baguette express and the breakfast box on scoffable ...He actually opened the box said what's wrong with and tried blaming it on mushrooms .AVOID don't waste your money

Very unimpressed with staff and onsight managements poor attitude when it came to resolving there own mistake with my order. Somewhat expected from staff but to have the boss or manager (who should be concerned with business matters / customer service even when “the shop is now closed”) to be so unpleasant and unhelpful is shocking.
Food was late, stuff from the order was missing then when i called they bluntly offered no help, including the manager.

A nice little place in the middle of Bathgate town centre with lots to eat and drink on the menu.The service was fast and the food of good quality and portions.The lovely ladies who served Me, were very professional and courteous.All in all a good experience.

I'd give zero stars if I could, as I only phoned up to complain about the chips being reheated but they just said that they would return me to money and not to order from them again as they won't accept it. I was also missing a few other items but I never even complained about that. I will never order from even though I'm not allowed to.

I'd give zero stars if I could ordered and payed by card and yes the order had been confirmed by them but i never received my order waited an hour and a half phoned a few times which it just rang out to voicemail absolutely terrible service would not recommend or be ordering again
