Starlaw Rd, BathgateNina looked after us very nicely - Thank you Nina! Can't fault the service at table. Took a while for the 'chef' to get to the carvery, but the meat selection was impressive, as was the quantity served. There was a great selection of veggies, though they could have been hotter, as could the gravy. All in all, a good first experience, and one to be repeated. Many thanks!

14-16 North Bridge St, Bathgate1st time visit to this restaurant. Mostly attend Bayleaf in Pumpherston. Drinks order taken, arrived , water was requested, it didn't arrive. We asked again. The restaurant wasn't that busy. They took ages to clear the plates from our table, {poppadoms) - ordered chicken pakora as a main , it came about 20 minutes prior to our mains meaning one of us ate alone. We asked for more drinks. Food was ok. Sadly on this occasion we didn't leave any tip other than. We've been once and would not go back and please up your game on service as the service at your restaurant in Pumpherston is 1st class in.comparison.

6 North Bridge St, BathgateNice visit to this cute cafe. Staff very pleasant and attentive. Nice choice for breakfast menu, had a bridge cafe breakfast and it was yummy and well cooked. Didnt have to wait long for food. Clean and tidy cafe. Only one minor is the air freshener was a little strong (great to have) just can taste it at points when it goes off. But overall a great cafe.

Easily served at the bar and the atmosphere was friendly.
There's definitely more to explore (upstairs) which we'll do in due course with a further visit.

3-5 King St, BathgateWe initially entered into this establishment almost frostbitten from the chill night air. We set up shop with various sweet treats we had acquired from a separate business, and were then told to exit with our varied desserts. We then consumed them outside and reentered. We then ordered halloumi fries and were told they would take 10 minutes. Unfortunately, our bus came before the cheesy delights had been properly prepared. We sprinted away to the bus and sat on the top level. Upon looking back at the Pizza Hut, my travel companion noticed the same man who took our order waving through the window of the Hut. He waved and pointed at our late night snack and pleaded with us to return. Sadly, we could not, but his dedication lives on in our hearts. If there is a God on this Earth, I feel warm knowing we have been graced with his presence in a Bathgate Pizza Hut. Onwards home!

23 North Bridge St, BathgateWent to Domino's in Bathgate on a Saturday night. A really busy store (it was when I got there). Great food. One strange thing though - happy to take cash but will not give you change! I was pissed I had to use my card for my food to cost £26 instead of the £30 they would happily accept. I am sure either morally or legally this is very wrong. I should not be force to use a payment card when I have cash.

Tony's Fish Bar, 42-44 E Main St, Whitburn, BathgateHaven't been a little while only because I've been out the area. The fresh pizzas are amazing, definitely the best around. We get a pizza, hamburger rolls, haggis supper and black pudding supper. Its always banging ? I need to hurry and go back soon I miss it. The staff are always nice aswell. Definitely recommend.

48D North Bridge St, BathgatePhoned tonight and ordered Special Satay and Kung Po Chicken, our usual order is Special Satay and Special Chow Mein. After 30 mins the Yummy House phoned to say they were cooking our food but just wanted to confirm our order. That is Quality of Service. The food arrived within the original 45minutes stated was piping hot and was excellent. 5⭐️ Highly recommended.

Willing to listen to my awkward order and support changes and give advice on new meals. Very Very healthy servings, my boys commented on how much more chicken there was than normal in their curry.Really enjoyed it, I had crispy shredded chilli beef, boys had chicken curry, wife had veg chow mein.All very happy. Absolutely be back.

109 W Main St, Armadale, BathgateEvery now and again you go to eat at a restaurant and your expectations are exceeded.This happened last week when I was on my holidays in Canada to visit my family and friends. We visited Niagara falls and on our last night wanted somewhere local to our hotel to eat. We stumbled across The Virsa Indian Restaurant. Special thanks to the Manager Daljinder Singh without a reservation able to find us a seat (I recommend booking if you are going there) and so the delightfulexperience began.From the moment we entered to the moment we left, the guy who serve, supported by other were gracious, welcoming and ensured our food and drinks were delivered promptly and as requested. Service here is second to none.The food was excellent, tasty and as described on the menu.Decoration in the restaurant was tasteful and enhanced the visit.To finalise I would find it hard to imagine that you could have a bad experience here as everything about our visit seemed to be ingrained in who they are.Thank you very much guys, next time in Niagara we will be back.

5A George Pl, Bathgatefirst time i’ve been in and loved every second of it, was cutting it tight as i was running for bus, the main guy (manager maybe) handled it so well as i’m vegetarian he whipped up a quick and delicious sandwich in under a minute (that’s because i was rushing) i bet the whole staff is like that as the atmosphere was welcoming, Alhamdulillah for the food, i’ll definitely be coming back with friends or family to taste this!

Returning customers are definitely valued here and it shows. Nothing is a hassle. We order from here a lot and often make slight changes to our order including no veg. Never a problem. Very rarely has anything even been wrong and when an error has occurred we have been given so many apologies and goodwill gestures have been given like a free bottle of juice. Very high standard. Highly recommend. Thank you for always being great.
