Was in there today and the staff were so nice and friendly. Clean and tidy shop. Very impressed.

Used to be great because it was opened 24 hours but their must be a change in ownership recently the staff aren’t the same ,a smile and thank you goes a long way .i felt a was getting watched when a was looking for chocolate milk ??olso go to Tesco for petrol always cheaper than bp.

Horrible nasty staff! I’ve been in twice since the new folk bought it and they’re all rude. I’m so smiley and polite to everyone. There’s no need for this attitude towards customers. I got insulted beyond belief the 1st time. I came back again because it the closes shop to buy gas. My card declined and I got such an attitude from them. Avoid!

Had no complaints in my 3/4 years of regular visits until tonight, when I was accused of trying to steal 2 2 litre bottles of juice and a tub of Pringles because I put them in my bag for life out of habit from shopping pretty much everywhere else (which I have done plenty times before in this place without issue) and I decided to look at ice creams in the freezer which sits beside the door.I feel like I was pigeon holed straight away as after stating I was going to look at ice creams in my confused state neither of the 2 girls working there believed me and I was told they “had me on cctv anyway”. I understand trying to prevent theft, but the approach that the staff decided to take in calling me out in such an accusatory manner and placing themselves in potentially dangerous situations by physically blocking the door when they have cctv seems nonsensical to me. I had only made 1 or 2 steps in the direction of the ice cream freezer/door and made no attempt to open the door, and I made no attempt to hide my placing of objects into my bag for life in full view of the staff which I imagine a would be thief would definitely do. I encourage the owner to look at the cctv (around 6:30pm this evening) to make your own mind up and maybe speak to the staff about more diplomatic approaches for future situations. A simple question of where are you going or what’s in the bag in a neutral tone would have defused the whole situation.

Only use for the car wash £4 for a 2 stage hand SPONGE wash add a £1 for a shammy dry
Not as good value as the Tesco or Morrison's garage but still handy.
