I ordered chicken pakora , chips and cheese and I took a bite out of a bit and it was hard and another bit was like elastic. My chips and cheese had whatever that is in the bottom of the box and I received basically a box of cheese definitely will not be back

Truly and utterly disappointing I asked for a Texas BBQ burger with no cheese but they decided to slap bacon which wasn’t even part of the meal, my girlfriend had the chicken pakora but it was elastic and hard, her chips was literally covered in cheese but barely any chips, absolutely will not be ordering from here again this place needs shut down

Order placed around 5pm on website, delivery advised at 5.40pm. Called restaurant 6.15pm. Whoever answered the phone clearly couldnt care less, was asked if order was on website or Scoffable, no trace at their end. Was told to re-order the food despite already paying and that I would have to wait and see if payment was taken from my account. Was then laughed at down the phone, rarely order here anymore as service and quality of food is going down hill. The offer to send as soon as cooked would have been more appealing if the food in the last 2 deliveries was practically raw.

I have been a customer for several years and always bought a variety box because it was the best of all these places with food but they disappointed me very much very not tasty there were few fries and garlic sauce which was always great today even it wasn't similar to garlic, the chicken meat wasn't either too specialOverall it was the worst variety box I've ever hadI probably won't go back to them for food

Poor service could not understand what I was ordering on phone and took ages to take order whole they answered other phones as well order not left shop after a hour and a half canceled order
The oldest place in bathgate for a kebab or curry or burger... Yes it has its complaints after over 30 years you expect that. Good staff inside that are there regular. Phone orders no problems and any mix ups are dealt with fair... Be honest and you are treated honest.These guys want you back and they show it.Great takeaway

Ordered a mixed kebab with nan bread, salad and pakora sauce.What I got was a tinfoil tray with a few strips of donner meat three cubes of lamb and 4 pieces of chicken,The nan bread is obviously shop bought its dry and tasteless and they forgot the pakora sauce and the salad.11 quid in the bin, will never use again.

Ordered today in store .Asked for a korma sauce.pishwany nan ,rice and munck box and a rap .....thay got it wrong gave me a chicken corma thay dond so nan bread I phoned and thay said that made a mistake. Worst place ever
