Very poor, waited in 2nd parking place for my order after about 40 mins. wait went into restaurant and was told they had been out with my order twice. So somebody is either telling stories or they must be incompetant. Did get a refund.

When McDonalds become SLOW-FOOD?I was patient long enough… this place is a joke. You need to wait 30 minutes on a parking spot for a wrap & chicken mayo… and it’s happening every-single-time. Even when they’re not busy at all. I don’t know where the issue is, but if Ray Kroc would not have been dead already, he’ll probably get hearth attack after seeing this.Hope mcDonalds will have good competition soon and I’ll be more than happy to switch (preferably fast-healthy-food).

Went through drivethru and with only 1 car infront of me. Was told to go and park for a kids nugget and a plain kids cheeseburger happy meal. Waited 30 mins after being informed by at least 2 members of staff that my order was next. We sat and watched numerous other people being given their food who arrived after us. Had to virtually walk into the restaurant to collect my order.After getting home I noticed the happy meal box wasn’t closed properly and the cheeseburger wasn’t plain. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who said I had to come back down to get burger replaced, couldn’t drive down due to other commitments.Took my name so I could get burger swapped at a later date, so fed up with Uber deliveries being prioritised over customers who actually come down to get food.Every time I have previously ordered meals with large fries the boxes are half empty,The service at this place is a joke, doesn’t matter if they are busy or not the priority is always deliveries. Fast food this ain’t!!!!This has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to!!

Every single time I come to this McDonald’s drive through, wether that be 8am, 10am, 5pm or 2am you never get your food handed to you at the window you have to sit and wait for 30 minutes to have to get out the car and go inside to get it myself and 99% it is frozen cold. And be handed with nothing but attitude because I’ve said I’m not happy that I’m having to collect my food from the restaurant every single time I come , Honestly the worst McDonald’s in the whole west/East Lothian and staff are clueless , in n dated with deliveries

I got a mcChicken sandwich meal from Bathgate McDonald's and I've been violently sick since! Service was terrible also and we didn't receive our deserts AGAIN! Just about everytime we've been here recently something has been missing from our order. Will NOT BE BACK!

Ordered a couple of meals and added the apple pies to the order. Went to collect the order and was told that the apple pies are not ready but we will bring them over to you, just tell us which table number you are. Picked up the order 22.09, apple pies still not ready 30 minutes later. Really thought McDonald's was fast food! I would have understood if the place was busy but it was quite. Seriously duty manager needs to be having some tough conversations with there team on delivery of poor service.Vegetarian options: Partner likes

Giving this 1 star because there is not an option for -10If you’re making an order you can 1000% guarantee you’ll never be handed your full order. So double check every time, the staff are incapable of eye contact or an old school concept of customer service. I’m sure the hiring process goes a little like “okay, so point to the colour yellow” and 20% of the room who got it right gets a job.Avoid at all costs, absolutely disgraceful place.
Deary deary me! Decided to try this place again after a bad experience last year. This time I Waited in car park for my order as drive thru was so busy - ended up waiting with about 7 other cars. 25 minutes later food arrived cold and missing dip I paid for. Probably worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. So so poor. Would’ve been quicker driving to the one at Newbridge!

Recently, I ordered food order no. WB618167135 through the McDonald's App only to find that items were missing AGAIN from my order. Despite contacting the Bathgate branch and speaking to the manager, they refused to take responsibility and blamed Uber for the missing items. The manager even suggested that I had to go to the store to collect my missing order. Unfortunately, I am unable to receive a refund for the missing items. Not only was the food expensive, but it was also consistently cold. I would have given them a zero rating, but I had to leave one star. As a result of this experience, I will not be ordering from them again. Please BE WARNED: do not order via the McDonald's App.

Last couple of months food has deteriorated big timeComes out like warm alot of times wrong order if at drive in. Sometimes we v had to go in for our foodReturned orders lots as cold. Other day got we one fish finger Happy meal they were burnt. Disgrace. Cheek to charge you.Not sure if different staff now? Used to b OK

Absolutely raging, not only once they haven’t gave me my full order but 5 times. Ordered earlier on today and didn’t receive full order again and when I phoned up to say the workers weren’t any help at all, just said “get a refund from app” but doesn’t give option to try and get a refund? I’m not happy continuously getting scammed from them, ordered a chicken sandwich meal week ago and never received the chicken burger?! Don’t understand the logic in anything with the workers anymore. They either need fired or to go back to school and get their full education cause there no way they could miss the order fully. Just shocking this mcdonald’s is terrible now
