Amazing value for money and love that kids eat free in the summer holidays. Amanda was really helpful when I was ordering food as could not work the machine.

Ordered large breakfast, cheese toasty and chips. We were unable to make swaps for items on the breakfast, could only remove items but it stayed the same price. Unable to add anything to the cheese toasty (onion ect). Was shocked to find no drink came with breakfast and was sold separately. Tattie scone was rock solid, mushrooms had been left out and were all dry. Only decent thing on the breakfast was the bread type used. Decor is very outdated and missmaching. Dirty under tables. Won't recommend.

Visited today at 4.30pm. No Steak Pie. No Fish. Was recommended Scampi. Ordered two Scampi meals @ £6.99 each. Absolutely tasteless and a total waste of money Will not return!

My daughter and I popped in for an afternoon tea which we usually enjoy which consisted of a couple of sandwiches, a cream scene and pot of tea for £3 each. Waited seemingly forever to be attended to as staff were in the back not even bothering to check if anyone was waiting only to be told they no longer do the afternoon tea . Asked if we could have a cream scone but *sorry no scones*. In fact precious little of anything. Why staff can't go out to the main part of the store and choose from the many packets available there I will never know. Decided on just a pot of tea, teaspoons like other cutlery was dirty. The cafe used to be so good but recently let down by staff who make it obvious they don't want to be there, rapidly rising prices (£1.75 for one small pot of tea with one teabag is far too expensive for serving yourself) and very slow service. No excuse as the place was empty when we were in. Cafe needs a complete rethink, people can go elsewhere cheaper with friendlier service and better choice so really needs to up its game. Dirty cutlery also needs proper investigating.

Turned up to Morrisons for an all day breakfast due to big Nicola shutting down all the businesses with Covid concerns. Didn't matter though, Morrisons got the job done by delivering delicious breakfasts. Felt like a big child with my lunch tray and fruit drink.

Went for breakfast today and have to say the food was ok but the rest was poorly disappointing. As usual in these covid times you have to register by Q reader (if possible). Then things go downhill rapidly. We had 3 attempts to find a clean tray. Not only did they have mug marks, but also food on them too. The girl (1 of 3 workers) took our order then went through the back. There were no knives and very few tea spoons out for use. I waited 3 minutes to ask for cutlery and the girl replied " oh yes they are in the dish washer. Once again she vanished so I sat down. Another customer had the same problem regarding cutlery. Like us it took 2 times requesting before being given knives.I counted 5 tables that were left with trays, plates etc piled on them.. yes they were running a half price offer for breakfasts but were no busier than usual. So what is the excuse? There should be no half measures regarding covid. Why do track and trace then fall way behind with the cleanliness?

Worst breakfast I've ever tried to eat. Staff are unhelpful and prices are shocking now. Bacon so hard I couldn't cut it or get a fork in it never mind chew it. Lorne was like a slab of rubber and toast only done on one side. Disappointed and unsatisfied to say the least. Come on morrisons surely you can do better.

Had to clean our own table. Foods microwaved! So many people complaining in the cafe and the staff don’t seem bothered at all. All the tables are dirty and none have been cleaned. With trays and food still on majority of the tables. Place is a joke?

Disgusting , I visited Sunday morning around 8.20am just after opening and It was clear that no cleaning had took place as some of the tables were still dirty and the floor was strewn with food from the day before all around the cafe and under the majority of tables , I was probably one of the first customers of the day so can't be blamed on a busy morning, I got my full breakfast and although looked average I left it as I was put off with the disgusting state of the place......I won't be back
