Had yet another lovely meal here tonight. We have never had a bad meal, the food is always outstanding and the staff are lovely, very friendly. I would recommend Virsa to anyone :)

Every now and again you go to eat at a restaurant and your expectations are exceeded.This happened last week when I was on my holidays in Canada to visit my family and friends. We visited Niagara falls and on our last night wanted somewhere local to our hotel to eat. We stumbled across The Virsa Indian Restaurant. Special thanks to the Manager Daljinder Singh without a reservation able to find us a seat (I recommend booking if you are going there) and so the delightfulexperience began.From the moment we entered to the moment we left, the guy who serve, supported by other were gracious, welcoming and ensured our food and drinks were delivered promptly and as requested. Service here is second to none.The food was excellent, tasty and as described on the menu.Decoration in the restaurant was tasteful and enhanced the visit.To finalise I would find it hard to imagine that you could have a bad experience here as everything about our visit seemed to be ingrained in who they are.Thank you very much guys, next time in Niagara we will be back.

Lovely staff however the food was tasteless. We had a Bhuna and dhansak, it was difficult to tell them apart.The dhansak had no lentils it was just a spicy tomato sauce. I would have gone better with pasta.

Ordered 3 meals, starters and sides total £49 for delivery. Ordered at 4.45pm…. Delivered at 6.25pm. When I called at 5.50pm to ask where the delivery was “it’s out for delivery” took 35 mins to deliver less than 3 miles.Cold, soggy chips, popadoms basically crumbs, infant portion sizes for rice. Terrible. Won’t ever be back.

Order was late and had 3 items missing. Contacted Virsa to let them know of the missing items. Basically got called a liar by the not so pleasant lady and repeatedly told me I was wrong, then I asked for my money on those items which I was told I could request via Scoffable. "Lovely" lady phoned me back to basically tell me I was a liar and the camera proves I received it all...no consideration for the driver not handing everything over!! Virsa contacted Scoffable to refuse my refund. It's a shame as the food is nice and we've used them lots of times before; however we won't be going back after the awful attitude and treatment received.

Ordered ahead in good time. Mela ready (after a short wait) to collect. Food compared well enough with most Indian takeaway - looked and tasted a bit like a generic sauce used for all meals and adjusted to suit the dish. I personally wasn't too impressed but other in my home liked it more.

Great food but disappointed that we couldn't get any Prosecco as we had has the last four mini bottles and wine we wanted was not available. Would go back as food was very tasty and plenty of it

Ordered an order on scoffable for delivery, order was cold and wasn't going to reheat chicken not that I should after spending nearly £30! Phoned virsa 1st and they didn't do anything about it so I Got InTouch with scoffable for a refund as it never got eaten. But they refused refund as I supposedly got told to pick it up as my food would be cold due to where I live ( there is two options collection or delivery not once did it state if you get a delivery to this location your food would be cold.Never again! Stay clear cause they don't care about a happy customer just £££

Made a telephone order tonight (03.02.22). Was asked to collect in 30 mins. I was on time only to find out the food was luke warm at best, and the poppadoms were soft and floppy (not fresh).Disappointed to say the least. This is our local Indian and is usually very good, but it was not up to its usual standard. Will reconsider using again.

Ordered a take away meal paid by card - as I have done many times with no problem - then I received a message saying 'order cancelled as we are too busy - you will receive a refund in 3 - 5 working days'. Why take the money for goods which cannot be provided and then take days to give you your money back. Well *****d off.
