Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Havent ordered from them for ages due to last time we got take away it was missing items. This time Ordered just eat and didn't turn up.Restuarant didn't care said it wasn't their fault. To drive over to them and buy the food again, then try get a refund from just eat.Never in a million years will I go there again. And will tell everyone who will listen never to give these people their money.Should be ashamed of theirselves.Customer service appaling!!!!

Never a bad meal here. The staff are lovely and always go out of their way to be nice to the kids. It can get a bit loud when busy!Vegetarian options: Plenty options in pasta, pizza and sidesParking: Can be tricky to get parked on the road outside but a large free carpark at bottom of street.Kid-friendliness: Always happy to interact with my kid!

Waiter thought he was a comedien. Took ages to come over and take order then makes a joke about the customers length of time to choose a certain food. Wtf it has to do with him what i order is beyond me. Touching customers aint on either. Dont care how friendly or funny you think you are being. Get yourself into comedy instead of waiting. Take the order and pass it on. Do what you are paid to do. Spoke to manager. If that had been someone with any sort of eating disorder that moment wouldve ended differently.

Having frequented this establishment on a number of occasions with my dog , and had good service, this last occasion was nothing short of appalling. The list of complaints is numerous but having come in and sat down we were told at the table that we had to go up ourselves to order our food at the bar (on the basis that the downstairs section has no table numbers so they can’t distinguish table orders. Note- we were the only customers there!). On previous occasions this was not required and table Service was provided- even when other customers were also sat downstairs . However, bearing in mind we were literally the only ones sat downstairs I would have thought that they would not have been too confusing to provide table service. Instead an elderly man had to go upstairs and wait at a busy bar to put his order in. Additionally theOn duty Managers attitude was confrontational, disrespectful and certainly not helpful. Note to owner- if you are a dog friendly establishment, please don’t treat these customers like second class diners. Either that or charge less for self service. Anon

A family gathering to celebrate a golden wedding. Typical Italian restaurant, loud and raucous. Some of the best Italian food I’ve had in the UK. Service quick and friendly,all for a reasonable price.Can’t wait for the next family gathering.
