I have been eating curries since I came to glasgow 50 odd years ago and have had many memorable curries. However, in the past 5 years I can't think of any lunch I have enjoyed as much as Sunday lunch in the Rani. As a wheelchair user the access is ok, the restaurant is roomy and by 2:30 there is plenty of seating. Very good value for money. Food was overcooked with sauce which was too thick. Too much coriander. But the other guest liked her meal. Service was fast and courteous. Menu was great and very big. Maybe I chose the wrong dish (pasanda).

First time in restaurant and it was so good. Food was fantastic as was the staff. The young man who served us was particularly attentive and helpful as my son has a nut allergy. First class service and food is wonderful.
