This restaurant does the best it can but unfortunately it suffers from the same thing most other burger kings do... Low staff numbers. honestly it has 4 cash tills and 4 order screens and 2 staff members running the whole show no management to be seen which leads to big queue's and long waits this burger king ethos is recipe for disaster better off driving 30mins up the road to McDonald's where they have six times the amount of staff who can process your order with a smile within minutes oh and it's hot Aswell.\\n\\nLess staff\\u003dless orders long wait\\n\\nMore staff\\u003dmore orders hotter food happy customers.\\n\\nSort it out burger king !!!!

Lovely coffee and attentive service. Their chairs are incredibly comfortable too. The toasted bagel I ordered hit the spot perfectly. The side salad featured red onion and bell peppers in abundance, which I enjoyed more than my dining companion.

If you're in a rush, just find an alternative \\\"fast food\\\". Fairly sure the beef is as fresh as can be as I suspect they saunter off and handpick a cow after you order. Staff wander about the serving area seemingly oblivious to the fact their sloth-like actions are scrutinised in disbelief by patrons increasingly tutting, shaking their head and muttering under their breath. Painful. Food's exactly as you'd expect, only slower. And way too expensive.

Was at restaurant 8pm on 7th July, got whopper and chips, got to car, chips stone cold, not even luke warm, took them back, told girl serving, she said she would change them, but I am still waiting on apology.\\nI said that they were so cold that they should not have been served, and she mumbled something about they were under heater and should be warm.\\nTold to to check my order to see how cold they were and she refused.\\nCustomer service was non existent.\\nTo make matters worse, by time I got back with fresh chips my burger was stone cold. Pointless taking it back.\\nTotal waste of almost £8 , will not use this place again

Only one star as it was only was to leave review. Shocking service from staff the girl that served us was rude infront of myself and my children when I asked to speak to the manager she just rolled her eyes tutted and walked away laughing will not be returning to this service station again

I ordered a meal, the burger was cold, the bacon was wet and soggy, there was a crazy amount of mayo and the bun was stale an fell apart upon eating. So I sent it back, the staff kindly made me a new one, the burger was just as bad but at least they managed to heat up the chips... For £10+ you'd expect better, and that's the first time I've ever thrown a burger in the bin. I pass through these services quite a bit and I'll never use this Burger King again.

Rude rude rude. Visited on Bank Holiday Easter Sunday and when I asked the 2 staff members behind the counter whether they were open, once they had finished chatting to each other, was told to download the app and \\\"go wait outside\\\". Poor Internet signal ment we waited outside for 10 minutes whilst the app tried to process payment. This did not go through and we gave up trying to attract the attention of the staff members. This seams like yet another retailer who is using the pandemic as an excuse to forget about customer service. Don't forget it's the customer's spend that pays the wages....

Good food but the amount of times I have been here and they get your order wrong 1 in 4. Check your order before walking out, to busy for the amount of staff. Can be very long slow queues.

Take out a loan for food £15 for 2 meals and they were horrible even by fast food standard

Great customer service from Anthony. Great people skills. At the time of us visiting, a couple who didn't speak much English was ordering and he did his best to take their order .
