Was sent the wrong food and waited for over an hour for replacement. Called to enquire and was met with hostility and told “it was a busy night”. No apology and a poor attitude. Terrible way to treat a loyal customer and won’t be ordering

An absolute shambles of a place food was piping hot which was good but the carrier bag it came in tasted better no flavour very bland probably the worst takeaway ave had wow how on earth are you guys still open

Currently still waiting on an order which is over an hour late now. Called to be told its with the driver which is what the just app told me 40 mins ago so I am guessing the time this food gets to me it will be cold therefore not fit to eat. Will not be using again.

Ordered from just eat. The chow mein smelled sour like curdled milk and the chicken wings looked like they were plucked from a rotten corpse. Service was fine. Won't be back, regret not reading reviews before ordering.

Absolutely terrible service, ordered a takeaway via just eat, message received saying enjoy your food and hasn't even arrived, phone call made and stated still with driver for delivery. 15mins later still hasn't arrived. Best advice never order from this place again.

Avoid this takeaway. The order wasn’t ready until 80minutes later than the confirmed delivery time and then took another 10 minutes to be delivered to the wrong house. To make matters worse the manager then made the driver refund the order out his own pocket or he’d sack him.

Not great. Thought I would give this place a try for the first time. Watched the cook clean the worktop, pans and put hands in the bin with his rubber gloves. He kept his gloves on and started to prepare my food, food tasted a bit of bleach. I personally will not return to this place.
Good delivery service First time using A1 wok and won't be the last food really good.

The food is really good from 1A Wok Bishopton , I have never been disappointed with any orders , friendly staff and lots of choice on the menu , highly recommend Chinese takeaway

After waiting nearly 2 hours...The driver boasts the bag is still warm.When opened,the whole order is bust open in the"Warm" bag. !!!!.When I call and try to complain They cut me off and hang up.DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff were professional and friendly however this is where the good experience ended, the food was appalling, the BBQ sauce was too sweet and the chow mein was dry and tasteless.
