Great store staff are absolutely excellent and brilliant customer service. We always shop here and enjoy it.

Living in Blantyre this store is local for me and my parents .We spend a fortune in the place weekly and every week without fail we have unfortunate experiences with staff .Charging extra for bags not allowing customers to put bags through been told from a manager the reason is people are stealing bags and it’s costing the firm 1000s a year.What about customers like myself who is spending at least a 100 pound a week in this store . I feel more people I speak to are all feeling the same way very poor customer service from most staff although I have came across a few staff who are lovely and will go out their way to help .I hope to hear from someone in management regarding this post .M Burns

Order online for a delivery they never have anything you ask for . 13 items from my order they didn’t have and they take the full amount from bank then need to wait on refund , won’t be ordering from here again not reliable . Don’t know why a large supermarket doesn’t have 13 shopping items and send me a dead basil plant lol

Went for a pizza. Most freezers empty. Though could get one from the takeaway counter as there was someone behind the counter but it was closed. Just went to another place

The place is so Unhygienic. About 30 flies in the Toilet and they could be flying about the fruit and veg. Rats at the bakery according to members of staff. Oh and it smells horrid. Place needs a visit from Environmental health and something needs sorted soon. Sort it out ASDA.

Have to rate this as good lol as I went here for an interview and was offered the job on the spot which I found very refreshing. The manager who interviewed me made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Almost felt informal and down to earth. So unlike any I have had in the past. All the silly questions they ask about situations etc. So my local store is to become my place of work.

Rude, aggressive staff that seem to think it's ok to shout at someone, including children, when they perceive a simple question to be a personal attack. The irony of this staff member screaming and being overly angry for no reason, only to turn around and have 'Happy to Help' written on your back is incredible.
Went too this store on Saturday and got a £16 meal deal out of the cafe pizza sides ice cream and a bottle of juice thought it was a good deal turned out not too be chips we're still raw and pizza tasted awful chicken nuggets we're rotten so won't be going there again

I did an online shop on 7th july and some goods are out of date i have complained but got no reply i am a 72 yr old disabled woman and i paid 8.95 for delivery which i think is shocking

customer service is a disgrace its like the workers are self employed and pick times when they want to work waited for someone to come to sell me cigarettes to be told to wait till so i did that and then the guy just said hes not doing it right now then walks off.
