It was recommended by a friend and it was our first visit. Me and my wife went for lunch. First impressions walking in the door was, this is an old man's pub! Asked behind the bar if they done food, yes was the answer .Wee stayed. Time warp surroundings but really glad wee sat down. 2 lentil soups 1 mince n tatties and cheese n ham toasties with excellent salad. No complaints and food was great . Been about 5 times in the last 2 weeks. Always a table for us, without booking. I've ordered something different each time and no complaints here. Food has been delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Brilliant friendly staff and the food is amazing! Had my son's 21st birthday there food outdone our expectations and the staff couldn't have done more. Great size for a smaller gathering.Parking: Station overflow is right next door
