Just bought the worst square sausage roll ever from this so called cafe ..Square sausage was cut right through middle to make it look like 2 sausages.. it looked like bacon.. cheap skate..

Went for the first time today and was well impressed. I had a bacon and egg roll. The bacon was delicious and served on a large fluffy fresh roll. The coffee was top notch. The staff were very friendly too. Will be back.

I ordered 2 breakfasts, not a full English breakfast at that. I also ordered a latte and a hot chocolate. They charged us £28 pound when we asked why it was so expensive they said we never pick it from the set menu. What we ordered was on the set menu, but because we never mentioned we wanted the set menu, they refused us a refund. Our order should have only cost us £16. Won't be back. Mind if anyone goes for a breakfast mind and asks for a set menu or you get charged individually for each thing you order.

As someone who doesn’t eat eggs to not be given the option to change them on the set menu for something else was disappointing. I didn’t ask to change them for bacon or something like that I asked to change them to hash browns so something that would be similar priced. Never have I been refused a request like this anywhere else. If they are not going to allow something like this then a build a breakfast option would have been good. As it turns out the quality of the bacon / sausages is poor anyway, the sausages are clearly cheap frozen rubbish and the bacon is some of the worst I’ve ever seen, full of fat. I would advise anyone considering trying here for a breakfast to avoid and try somewhere else instead. Finally I’m not sure if it’s new owners as I’ve had takeaway rolls from here in the past and the food was fine but not any longer.
