Was in today 26th of December and ordered a pizza guy came in after me and ordered a pizza i had been in the shop maybe 20 mins in the guy that came after me got his pizza first so I asked why this had happened and the guy that’s the owner cause he told me this went off his head threatened me and everything asked me out the back door the lot total disgrace to the pia name in my opinion all because I asked a question. Swearing at me also the shop was fairly busy at the time total disgrace the was he spoke to me. I understand they were busy but not an excuse for someone to get their pizza before me wont be back total disgrace.

Just had kebab and mince pie delivered.mince pie hard kebab tasted like rubber hardly no sauce won't be back .Merry Christmas.

Not been in a while. As we had visitors, we thought a fish supper was in order. My sister and family live in Glasgow but love having salt and sauce on their suppers! Thank you for our tea. We've had it!!

the falafels were incredibly hard and when you bit into them they were "powdery" inside. not sure if they were re-fried or microwaved to heat them up. same thing with the mushrooms, hard as stones and weird tasting.Chips were ok.The worst part is that both myself and my husband had horrible stomach complaints the day after we ordered this and I had to call sick from work. A few months ago when I ordered from here, food was fine, not sure what changed, but I will not order from here EVER AGAIN.

Bought a mince pie it was dry & not eatable ? it went in the food waste ? I also bought a haggis supper which was ok. Will not buy again from this shop

The worse Scottish Fish Supper in 52 years! Awful chips. Thinest batter with enough fish for a small mouthful. Dogs dinner chicken kebab meat. Avoid if you want to keep you're hard earned cash. £17 down the drain. You should be ashamed.

This place has got so bad, went in for a pizza and doner meat last night, got given a few bits of doner meat and lots of dried out unedable chicken, they knew what they were giving me, been going there for 20 plus years. Wont be back.

Downhill since it got taken over, always use Glorias now but tried tonight again and chips were well undercooked they’ve no clue how to run a chippy

The batter is very rubbery, also got a kebab wrap and it was stone cold I had to put it in oven when I got home. The guy handed me someone else’s order 3 times and also got asked numerous times what I wanted on my wrap it was like the blind leading the blind! The women taking orders was very nice though

My husband and I ordered dinner tonight. The online order process was very easy and the delivery was incredibly fast. We ordered a side order of donnor meat, which was really nice. The meat was hot, tender and tasted fresh. We also ordered a 12inch pizza and chips. Both were very undercooked. I had to cook the pizza further in my oven for 10 minutes, as it was impossible to pick up a slice without tearing the whole pizza. The base was very soggy, and had too much thick, raw cheese. The chips were very soft, soggy and there were pools of thick oil in the bottom of the chip pack.
Absolutely the worst fish and chips ever. Could hardly get a knife through the batter and the fish did not even resemble a fish.

Best Chip shop in Bonnyrigg Dalkeith Area. Been going strong for 30 years. I can't do nothing but praise this place and staff. Fast efficent and excellant food. Put's Gigi's to shame. Even the Pizza's are Miles better. Thanks ;)
