I was extremely impressed by Eighteen69. As a vegetarian I had a huge amount of choice, and it was fantastic to see such creative vegetarian/vegan items on the menu instead of the usual. The restaurant is located in the resort in a conservatory overlooking some of the gardens. Idyllic. The service was quick and efficient and served with a genuine smile. As a Scottish Tapas restaurant I was so looking forward to something really different and interesting. For me, it didn't work. The portions were incredibly small and tasteless. We had a great meal in this excellent restaurant. They serve what they call 'Scottish Tapas', letting you try lots of different dishes with a Scottish slant. There are Meat, Fish and Vegetarian options with lots of side dishes and all of the ones we chose were delicious. And the waiting staff were helpful, efficient and charming. Would go again at the drop of a hat.
