It's very expensive. It was also very busy and the card machine wasn't working that day, but they were only telling people when it was too late and the food was ready. There are no cash machines about. So what do they expect you to do? Well they wanted us to magically pay with cash we don't have ?

Just been to this chipshop .It was the worst fish and chips we have ever had the fish was cut in half it was soft and soggy the chips were soft and cold definitely won't recommend it .It's a pity Romano's in the high st is not opened in the afternoon as it is defo 5 star not 1 star like this place

Half a fish for £7 ! No chance! Sausage batter was minging and full of grease. Overpriced and cheap sausages Curry sauce was bogging And if my boss spoke to me like the old guy did to the young lass today I would have told him to poke his job too! Horrible man! AVOID

Went on Saturday night and won’t be back as first went in and was a strong sour smell. Anyway there was 2 young lassies and another older one doing the frying. Attitude of the 3 of them was shocking. Order 2 large fish suppers and while waiting the Young lassie was taking stuff out the fryer and dropped food on the floor and instead of binning it they put it on the rack to be severed. Put me right off my food when I got my order so the lot got binned. Also cost for what you got was shocking.

Got large fish and chips. Portions were tiny. 1 fish cut down the middle and battered not 2 like everywhere else. So disappointed. Used to be good but wont be back. Wished i had looked at the reviews first.

Very expensive. Tiny portions. Food was Ok to poor. Very greasy. Kids sausage supper and 2 small chips was £9.90.No such thing as cheap as chips here.Overall not good value for money as I'd be pained to return.
