Just picked up some fish suppers, jumped in the car and got in to find the dryest chips hardened from sitting too long. Actually genuinely couldn't eat them. Fish was okay but wouldn't hurry back.

this place is the worst chip shop ive ever been in! homophobia and racism towards staff and customers!, im appalled and extremely disgusted, seems too be the same woman whom i belive is the mother that has THE WORST customer service and likes too hate crime! SHOULD BE REPORED

Popped in for two bags of chips one Saturday afternoon they were not busy so didn’t have to wait long, Wish I hadn’t bothered because the chips were only 1/2 cooked. Won’t be going back such a shame no decent chippie in Burntisland.

my boyfriend went into the shop last night and ordered a donner kebab, chips, and two single battered sausages. was surprised that he never had to wait long as the food was already made, just had to wait for the donner meat to b heated up in microwave! ate it at about 8pm, 2:45am came and my boyfriend has been throwing up every hour of the clock!! will not be going there again, very disappointed.
Staff could do with some customer service training, woman on till was down right rude and verging on the aggressive!

Just horrible, rude till lady, ordered a kebab and watched the guy pull last nights Donner meat from the fridge and microwave it, then threw it into the kebab with his bare hands... expensive too... my dog even turned his nose up at it. Avoid.

One of the best ham and pineapple pizzas around and by far best chippy chips ul get cooked to perfection. The staff always very polite as well highly recommend.

I love a good chippy and this was undoubtedly the best haggis supper I have ever had. The spicy haggis was cooked perfectly, the chips were again cooked perfectly and the lashings of brown sauce just finished it all off. The service was fast and efficient which made the experience all the more enjoyable. Thank you so much.
