And iv since heard that I wouldnt have wanted to eat it anyway.. it's gone right down hill!! When am I getting my money back now???

We live fairly close to Callander and travel there frequently to eat. Bruno's has become our chippy of choice and we are delighted to say that following the recent change of management in the summer, the food on offer has been consistently very good. A great choice on offer, including traditional chippy food, pizza, kebabs kids meals and combo dishes. We're delighted, keep up the good work guys.

Worst fish n chips I’ve ever eaten or should I say TRIED to eat. A sliver of fish between concrete batter which I couldn’t get my teeth into, also the chips were like rubber. Felt like taking them back and saying “would you eat this” but too late hubby had dumped them in the bin!

I see Brunos is under new management. Maybe that is why I received the smallest "small fish supper" I have ever seen. Not even enough chips to cover the part of the box not covered by the wafer thin piece of battered fish. This item would be better described as a child's fish supper although my child thought it was laughably small. Unless I hear or see improvement in portion size at Brunos I will be transferring custom elsewhere. I am quite dissapointed as I had always liked Brunos but I don't like feeling exploited

WoW,just bought 2 fish suppers and a single fish from bruno's and its got to be the worst fish I've ever had from a chip shop,what are you cooking it in Lava,as we'd say in Dundee YOUR FISH IS SH#TE!!!!!

If I could rate this with zero stars that's how many this place would be receiving. The service is absolutely shocking - 2.5 hour wait for a pizza. Food arrived cold and straight in the bin. Avoid this fast food place at all costs.They even had the cheek to ask for a further three pound for delivery

Ordered a donner kebab plus a pineapple & onion pizza. My daughter collected it and was given a pizza with pineapple, onion & donner meat on it . She told them that wasn’t right and they then made a donner kebab, but instead of making a new pizza they just removed the kebab meat. My daughter was suspicious this is what they did as she heard the staff saying they had now run out of pizza dough. When she arrived home with it, I phoned to ask if this is what they did and they confirmed it. I told them I was allergic to the meat and they refused refund unless I brought back the pizza that night, which I was unable to do until the next day. 1st time here and definitely the last. So disappointed in their service. No refund given.
Great pizzas had to wait a while to collect but glad they are busy again.....

i was in the shop today and the manager i assume was shouting at one of the female staff like she was a dog. she felt so insulted she left the shop and drove away. disgraceful

So I ordered some donner meat kebabs and a burger at around 20 past 7, I didn't get anything untill around half past 9 and it was cold and hard and the donner meat was very greasy, most of it will most likely go in the bin as its not all edible, £26 total and was not worth it, wish I could get my money back.
