Costa on main Street Callander should be lively spot with great service. Instead only one poor girl serving , we and one other only customers at just after noon. No effort made by staff to clean tables or clear away used trays just looked run down and depressed.

Bog standard Costa experience. Better off trying one of the independent coffee houses in Callander like the Atrium for more atmosphere and homemade food and cakes.

The worse coffee I had in Costa. The staff are not welcoming at all and not very rude attitude for both girls. She made me very wet latte when I asked for another one she was very unhappy and she threw the cup without saying a word to me. I will never come back again to this place ever.Thanks for being so rude guys

Very poor allergy awareness: gave me a cow’s milk latte instead of oat milk and didn’t put paper on the toaster before toasting my vegan sausage bap. I’m not vegan, I’m dairy intolerant, so I didn’t really register the paper until later. Fortunately it’s not a deadly allergy and all I’ll have is a mild tummy ache from the coffee and the knowledge I paid quites a lot for the experience ? at least the vegan bap was quite good.
