Ordered a meal last night and they forgot my burger meal. Called up and the burger arrived later but no chips. Gave up calling again, wouldn't recommend.

Placed order to give local business a chance. On the system they use, customers can select delivery time obviously doesn't work. Requested delivery for 18:10 arrived at 17:20. Not impressed.

An absolute joke of a placeWhen you place an order from an online app and it continually arrives wrong with items missing you start to wonder whats going on?So as anybody would do is pick up the phone call and see what's the problem is with the order being wrong. Then too have the so called manager (If you could call him that.)Speak to you like if your in the wrong and also implying that your lieing about items missing from your order and that there basically not going to do anything to solve the problem.(SOME WAY TO CONDUCT A BUSINESS STAY WELL CLEAR UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ANOTHER VICTIM OF FRAUD NEW OWNERSHIP WOW JOKE!!!!CUSTOMER SKILLS ALOT TO BE DESIRES SHOULD TAKE A FEW HOSPITALITY LESSONS.)

Went here last night because my usual chippy cafe zucchini was closed and I wish I hadn’t. Had to give at least 1 star but I would give it no stars if I could Chips where greasy - black pudding batter was like cake and soggy and thick and the paper stuck to it - fish batter wasn’t any better - £20 straight in the bin - would not recommend this place - EVER - go along the road a bit to the chippy on the corner of the bowling green - always fresh and delicious

I decided to order from here as it was okay before but I wish I'd paid more attention the the dates on reviews as they are all from the previous owner!! When I called explain the smell coming from the fish was a bit overpowering.. some parts fish discoloured and smelled stronger in some parts.. I decided not to eat anymore the last thing I needed was to be sick. The worst part about this experience is the the owner screaming at me down the phone.. never will I waste another penny here!! Total waste of money and my dinner... oh the fritters were okay but not what I expected as my dinner.. very disappointed ? if anything me calling up to let them know could have been handled better.

Been going here for about 33 years my gran stayed in Aitken Street and parent's in parade every Friday she'd get me to pick up special fish supper to take down to her. it's always been the best wee chippy around. I've tried all the award winning places around Glasgow and nothing comes close to the character of this wee belter. Of course you're probably thinking if he's been going here for 33 years he's obviously going to give it biased review and yes you're probably correct but try it. There are two Chippies in Glasgow worth trying. Benny's and University cafe on byres road. These two at opposite ends of Glasgow are unparalleled prove me Wrong..
