I decided to order from here as it was okay before but I wish I'd paid more attention the the dates on reviews as they are all from the previous owner!! When I called explain the smell coming from the fish was a bit overpowering.. some parts fish discoloured and smelled stronger in some parts.. I decided not to eat anymore the last thing I needed was to be sick. Been going here for about 33 years my gran stayed in Aitken Street and parent's in parade every Friday she'd get me to pick up special fish supper to take down to her. it's always been the best wee chippy around. I've tried all the award winning places around Glasgow and nothing comes close to the character of this wee belter. Placed order to give local business a chance. On the system they use, customers can select delivery time obviously doesn't work. Requested delivery for 18:10 arrived at 17:20. Not impressed.
