Love this cafe, I always seem to fit in a visit when I'm in Carluke. Cosy, friendly & welcoming.

This is a great wee cafe with excellent food & service from Connor & his staff & the fact that Connor does the home baking himself is why I have given the Bake House 5 star's. We'll deserved.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available.

Lovely morning spent in this wee local cafe. Delicious coffee and scone very reasonably priced. Friendly staff and locals.

Coffee was very poor. Shots of coffee were very thin, more like filter coffee than espresso. On top of that the cappuccino milk/foam was way to hot, burn the mouth hot. Very disappointing for a cafe., coffee staff need more training in espresso extraction.2 stars because the food was good even as the kitchen was busy and the only saving grace.

This is a lovely place, bacon roll was lovely and my tea came in a pretty pot/ cup combo with matching milk jug, 1 criticism I like my tea stronger so I like the tea bags in the pot when the water is poured in.

Walked in here a tad worst for wear and fancied a roll and square w/bacon. Got one for me and my fellow, rough mate! I got one with red and one with brown sauce. I’d just like to say I have been dreaming about the ‘Bakehoose Bacon’ ever since! It was amazing! My only gripe is, yet again.. a tad worst for wear I went to get me another one of these rolls to find this little gem of a place is not open on a Sunday! I had to opt for a lesser rollshop in the town :(.. gutted!
