Was in for some food last night and tried to pay with a bank card and was told cash only after 10pm very strange made up rule staff very cheeky about it and told me not to come back which I had already decided that myself plenty of other better places in Carluke

Cheeky on the phone when they messed up the order when we stated clearly on the comments of the order online what we wanted and said we would pay extra at the door but because they messed it up refused to fix it

Has to be the best takeaway about, have been using Sahar for over a decade so was surprised tonight when I had to phone and politely complain that our kebabs were stone cold and I had to drain the very runny sauce from my plate before I put in in microwave. I wasn't asking for new meal or refund simply wanted them to know what had happened. Was passed to manager who promptly told me that our meals had been made fresh we got it on time and if we were not satisfied then don't call again to order, then he hung up. Really shocked at how I was spoken to by the usually polite and friendly manager and unfortunately I don't think we will be phoning again.

Service was ok, Ordered 2, 12" pizza one was pepperoni Feast the other vegetable supreme, my son didn't like the pepperoni as it way too much cheese and you could barely make out the pepperoni. I had the veg. It was the same. If they cut down on the cheese and increase the meat and veg. It would be good. But if you like cheese it's for you.

One of the best takeaways I have ever tasted from. The staff are so friendly and the food is exquisite. Just love the spicy chicken hoggie from there. I always make it a point to buy from them whenever I am in the neighbourhood. I highly recommend this place

Just had a munchie box delivered. Chicken pakora was rock solid. Two bits of mushroom pakora six bits of chicken boulders, freezing kebab meat and chips, very poor choice. The only plus side was it was delivered quickly. Cost £19.80 and it was disgusting. Never buy from here again.

Shocking looking to order on the phone just to make it quicker to get home and wouldn’t take my order unless I went in. The woman was so arrogant as well. Then when I went in I confronted the owner about it I said it was a disgrace and don’t see what the issue was with ordering online and told me to leave so he was called a few select words then went for me but crapped himself when I put my hands up and told him come on then shows the type of establishment they have. Pizzas are ready made bases as well doesn’t look as if they make anything fresh some takeaway

Placed an order but the calazone was not like any i had seen and the rice was missing.. Called to question these problems was greeted with attitude and told that was how they did calazone. Fair enough i said but what about the missing rice? They put the phone down on me. They need to improve customer service.
