I've eaten #EggsBenedict all over 5 CoNTiNeNtS, in 25 CoUnTRiEs and let, me, tell, you..... ??? I have NeVeR, EvEr, eVeR had them as GoOd as I did ToDaY..... LaCeD with #bLaCkPuDDiNg and DrOwNeD in the FiNeSt HoLLaNdAiSe I've ever TaStEd..... I'm from #MiDdLeEnGLaNd, down the RoAd fRoM FrOdO and ThE CrEw in the #sHiRe..... I'd HaPPiLy drive the 400 MiLeS to come back for this DrOoLiNgLy DeLiCiOsO DiSh..... As for the #MaCKiEs BaNaNa MiLkShAkE..... I visited with my wife, son and grandson (3 years old) having long standing experience of the Gather offering. As usual we were welcomed and seated by a nice staff member, our order was taken and attention was paid to the needs of our 3 year old. He was provided with the toast he requested very promptly and happily ate all of it. The adults were served the excellent Sacred Grounds coffee along with lovely muffins and lemon drizzle cake. The coffee was so good that a second helping was enjoyed to prove that the flavour was no fluke! All round a great experience for all family members.

Visited for breakfast with my husband and a friend in between Christmas and New year ,we were staying in Carnoustie . the place we usually go was closed . What a find ..breakfast food was lovely , freshly cooked, good menu choices .I had the poached egg avocado and bacon on sourdough bread , it was delicious, my husbands bacon roll had 7 rashers on it .he said its the best bacon roll he's had anywhere . So good we went back for breakfast the following day before we returned home .the lunch menu looks good too .We will def be back next time we visit .one small criticism they could do with some better ventilation as the windows were all steamed up , it was very cold when we visited ..Vegetarian options: Noticed there was a good selection . Vegan too.

Absolutely amazing brunch here last weekend,best prepared food we've had in a long time,so good we went back next day for more . Staff very nice and service great. Try the Smashed Avocado with poached eggs and bacon,also the Bacon roll is loaded with proper bacon. Definitely be back..... ,?

Very lovely food, nice comfy seats at the booth tables, I had the green smoothie it was outstanding, much better than Fuel, I also had the deluxe Nutella hot chocolate and this was very creamy and rich. They offer fair prices for their food menu. It is a lovely spot for brunch and it is definitely the only good lunch place in Carnoustie, everywhere else is bad but this is just amazing, servers were lovely as well, we tipped well ??

A pleasant lunch with family in nice surroundings. The soup of the day was excellent. I was asked if I wanted bread with it but was surprised that I was charged for it. The grandchildren loved the smoothies and our son enjoyed a very well made expresso martini. Nice place but a little on the pricey side for what it is.
