We had a fly cremated into our food and despite multiple phone calls to the restaurant to ask for a refund, being told a manager would contact me, nobody has. Would absolutely not recommend.

Before i had rude customer service and food was bad but tonight i ordered hoping they will have normal food but that was just discussing!all overcooked,old oil and old!all ensued up in the bin ? better order from other companies!

I can't believe how expensive they are as well as the ridiculously high prices at their sweet shop across the road! I had chicken tikka which I didn't enjoy and couldn't finish! I found out it's covered in a paste and cooked in the pizza oven - which explains it - ugh! CHEAP! Definitely NOT traditional and felt totally ripped off! I've asked around and everyone I spoke to prefers elsewhere - especially the Gurkha restaurant/takeaway/delivery - who cooks their food traditionally, properly, and serves excellent portions. And the BEST chicken tikka! Don't bother with Snakatak unless you want to experiment and waste your money.

I was passing though so dropped by for some munch, to be fair staff seemed friendly. ordered a small pizza and while waiting had a look here for reviews since i couldn’t find any ratings inside. on a low average rating i didn’t have high hopes, however i had already paid the seemingly high price for what i ordered. chicken on the pizza had as much taste as the box it came in but the sauce on top was actually quite nice so well done on that aspect. The place seems like it was once really good but has lost the motivation to be proud in the food it’s making. They also had a huge menu. If the owner is reading this - I’d suggest a revision of the menu (make it smaller to concentrate more on each item) ,criticism is vital and customers are more likely to write a negative review than positive. Even though the food ended up in the bin just down the street; feeling like i wasted my money, i can still see potential, and if the owner can’t….. then that’s quite sad.

Pretty neat place. Ordered Donner and Chips (£4.50) and a Monster Energy Can (£1.50). Portion was a good size and tasted good, although the only "nitpicks" I have is that the fridge doesn't have Drink prices advertised (gotta ask) and the chips could have done with seasoning (but that's my fault for not asking).Will certainly visit again.

Ordered from this place after seeing good reviews but never have I been more disappointed, what a joke of customer service! Placed an order to be delivered for a specific time which was not adhered to and delivered half an hour early resulting in me having to rush back to where I was staying to collect, when the food was delivered none of my drinks had came with the order, found out the delivery driver wasn’t to blame as these were not even given to him, then when he came back with them after my partner phoned up he only gave us 1 and not the 2… I then proceeded to phone back again not caring for the other juice but to complain over the terrible customer service and the man I spoke to pretended he couldn’t even hear me, even though 5 minutes prior to this my partner spoke to them off the same phone with no issues at all. Regardless of their quality of food (which wasn’t even what I would classify as half decent) I’ve never received worse service, lack of care and negligence in my life. If you’re going to run a business, actually run it.

Shocking experience and they won't accept constructive criticism and will basically tell you that you are the liar if food is incorrect and be prepared to be be hung up on, don't deal with Mr Shakor...... won't be back and that's now why I've put on internet, they where given 2 chances
Food and service has really gone downhill. Even the chips are vile. Any complaint is ignored. Not sure how they are still in business.

Food is way pricey for what you get c'mon this ain't restaurant quality more like soggy and floppy and delivery charge more like drivers wage were they delivering from cloud 9 And those hygiene certificates are out dated like the taste of their other shop crunch munch sweets eat with caution and chose with care theirs 2 year old stains on their flares ,take a peak in their kitchen if you dare

Not too friendly,wasn’t the delivery driver but his passenger,who delivered the food to the door in her pajamas and was clearly not a employee as she was very rude,not good and neither was the food this time sorry ? .

Got a delivery on the evening we arrived at Loch Monzievaird. On arrival of the food the driver asked for an extra £1 for delivery cost as it "isn't local" after paying over £40 for our food. We were literally 2.1 miles away. The food was sub standard. The papadoms were stale and the tikka massala tasted like it was a microwaveable meal from tesco, but worse. Only thing that was half decent was the naan bread. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Ordered a Pizza, It arrived cold. Gave the place a 2nd chance and ordered a 2nd pizza the next day, they refused to take my order. Pittifull!
