I first came to notice them as the oldest distillery in Scotland from a book " 1001 Whiskies to try before you die" and what an Exceptional experience. We truly enjoyed the tour. I bought the 12 year 2023 release and what a whiskey!. Even the cat displayed in the book. Smooth and light. This would be my go to whiskey any time. Must have experience. Aged old equipment.

Thoroughly enjoyed a tour of the distillery today. Beautiful distillery, with a lot of history!Would love to try the two Michelin star restaurant next time! Our tour guide, Don, was excellent! He is so passionate and enthusiastic about everything whisky!Even got to meet one of two distillery cats, Turret! Who was found fast asleep in the distillery shop. The other, Glen, was presumably taking the next tour, or having a dram..Would highly recommend!

I had the best egg salad sandwich of my life here in 2017. While they changed it up a bit (I desperately miss the watercress) it was still great.

Our visit is a regular one to the cafe for a coffee on our day off. We are yet to take the tour and have dinner at the restaurant, so this is about the cafe. The staff are all very polite and welcoming and offer great service. Again we only use the cafe for a coffee stop, but there food offerings are always very tempting. It's great to sit and watch the movie playing about the distillery and restaurant and you can ( if your lucky ) catch the red squirrels from the windows. Also if your special, you might be able to pet their onsite security cat. Accessible from the distillery is a short walk along the Turret river which does have access to other circular walks.

We enjoyed a tour with a lovely lady. I think her name was Karen. She gave us a lot of information and we really enjoyed our tour. Of course my husband was delighted with my anniversary gift to him of a bottle of whisky. We also saw the resident cats, Glen and Turret. We were on holiday with our old cat and she also met Glen during our first visit to the shop. All the staff were lovely. The food from the cafe is also delicious and I definitely recommend fitting in a nice lunch before or after a tour. The only slight disappointment was the whisky tasting itself as we only got 1 to try, however this didn't detract from a very pleasant visit.

Following the postponement of a different activity, I tipped up at the distillery on spec and with no expectations. But it was a fabulous thing to do. The staff were so knowledgable and my tour guide, Euan, was an excellent host. If you are in the area I would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Recently visited whilst on a few days in Scotland. On arrival, we managed to get onto a tour of the distillery. We were met by John, and shown around. Albeit he’s only been with the company for 3 years, he was so passionate about Glenturret. I personally don’t like whiskey, but it the taster we had was really nice, hubster was given a miniature to take away being the driver which was a nice gesture.Thank you for such a lovely experienceJulie and Peter

Fantastic tour with our guide 'John' today, a warm welcome, very interesting and engaging, with a beautiful Distillery to explore and learn about. The Distillery is lovingly refurbished and maintained, with an upclose view of the craft at work. The Lalique styling and design ethic just adds a whole other dimension to the place...even as a visual exploration its so well worth the visit.Stunning,Thank you.

They cancelled my reservation for a family tour of the distillery. They threw out my reservation in favour of a private tour group they wanted to book which was obviously more lucrative.I had booked online some months before and built my itinerary around it as part of my Scottish 10 day road trip. They offered me an alternate time which was useless to me. I don't live down the road. I'm a tourist. I'm passing through?I'll give one star extra for the fact they offered the free alternative but it comes across really badly. If you don't honour bookings(that you encourage people to make) then you really only deserve a bad review. Hope that private tour group doesn't cancel on YOU.

A really enjoyable experience from start to finish. Our guide, Alan, was excellent during the tour and provided a fascinating insight into the distillery process and history of the company. We ended up in the shop and cafe, buying some whiskies and a glass, and then had a tasty chai latte with tasty bites. A highly recommended visit.

Wonder experience today at the distillery and a must for any whiskey lovers, I don’t really drink whiskey myself but was so fascinated by the process, every staff member was just so lovely, the receptionist who was on was just genuine and cheery and Dawn our tour guide was incredible. The man has a clear love and passion for his job, and was so knowledgeable and spoke so beautifully. I loved his stories and he made the tour a great experience. The gift shop is beautiful - and the tour guide even took us through some of the whiskeys and wines, but in no way did we felt pushed to buy something.Great day out on the most beautiful grounds
