Got a order from them orderd a chicken and sweetcorn soup I don't know what it was but it was not soup wasn't in its normal soup container was in a rectangular one and all it had was the chicken the sweetcorn and onions just chopped and thrown together with a splash of what you could call stock looked more like dish water absolute disgrace I have had the soup from here before and I don't know if its a new chef but they clearly don't know what there doing also orderd a munchy box which I suggest noone buy it was absolutely disgusting not edable at all I wouldn't feed a dog it what a waste of £30 I dont know what's happened to this takeaway it used to be a good place.

I got given 9 small bites of chicken with the salt and chilli seasoning on it in a small tub. I got charged nearly £7 for a childrens portion. And chicken was very similar to the asda chicken bites which ive eaten before it felt like they had just cooked them in seasoning before giving me them lol. Robbed for the size wont be back

This is the 2nd time we've ordered ribs and they've been inedible. First Time I thought it was maybe just a bad batch but that was a year ago, thought we'd grab a portion the other night and they were absolute bone and what meat they did look like they had on them was fat and grizzle. There was literally nothing edible on them. Chips and gravy were nice tho. Lassies behind the counter were lovely

Anyone who thinks the food out here is good obviously only eats pot noodles... its totally disgusting...not to mention the smell in the toilet the following day.. order was not wat we asked for. The car n the toilet smelt awful for days.. never again..total waste of money...staff very obnoxious.. AND there was a black hair in my wife's curry... avoid like the plague...unless your used to eating garbage.... I wish we had ate out the bins.

This is the second time I've not had what I've ordered .If the girl or young boy doesn't answer the phone it's pot luck.The food isn't as good as what it used to be either.Don't know if it's a new cook they have.Wont be ordering again.

Food is excellent. Always enjoy . However the girl who works on sat night is extremely rude. The way she speaks to customers is shocking.. very bad service. Even though social distancing has been scrapped now. This shop still only 2 customers at a time. The way in which i was told not asked to wait outside was shocking , the girl i believe her name is heather spoke in a very rude way asking me to stay away from door, there was still plenty room for people to get in and out of shop , i did not mind the fact was asked to wait out but it was the way i was spoken, it was very obvious this person did not want to work there and could see she was very stressed. There was no one in the shop when i was there, so i said could i just sit in shop rather than outside. I was told in a very rude way sit there but if someone comes in you get out. This girl should not be working when she speaks to customers in this way. I took my money back , in future i take custom elsewhere
Called up and they sent the wrong order. When we called back the woman on reception was extremely rude. Absolutely no customer service what so ever. Won't be ordering from here again.

Too much soy sauce in everything if the lady is not working you don't get the food how you want it so now I visit peaking Inn in the village now better food there
