Linda served our food but every time we eat here she is so helpful and pleasant. She seems to be non stop always busy. I hope McDonald's appreciates her service.

Food can be hit or miss, depends on the day and your luck. If is your lucky day, Food can be amazing. Staff most of the time surely doesn't want to be there. So that's the atmosphere....Parking: Plenty spaces to park all, just look around...Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

I'm an Uber Eats driver who frequently picks up orders from this McDonald's. Today, I picked up two orders, and upon delivering the second order, the customer informed me that they only received one half of the order. When I contacted McDonald's to address the issue, I encountered a rude female employee who insisted that they had provided the complete order. Despite my attempts to explain the situation and offer to pick up the missing items immediately (no extra charge), I was met with dismissiveness and was abruptly hung up on. This lack of accountability and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. As an Uber Eats driver, I am left to deal with upset customers who, of course, hold me responsible for incomplete orders. It's disheartening that McDonald's employees are unwilling to admit mistakes and handle such situations with the necessary professionalism and courtesy.I urge this McDonald's to prioritize training process for their employees, especially considering that this is not an isolated incident. The evident lack of seriousness and respect towards other service workers from these teenage employees is very concerning and hope that my feedback prompts positive changes

The quality of food and service had dropped recently. Orders tend to take longer, and the food is often of a poorer standard than other McDonald’s restaurants. I would recommend travelling to the other McDonald’s near Broadwood where I have had a better experience.

I get 2 large fries for my son every day as he requires a high calorie diet due to weight loss. The service is terrible. The portions, which are supposed to be large, that’s what I’m paying for after all, are barely more than half full! If you ask them to resolve this at the time, they are surly about it and put a little more in, but reluctantly. The next time you go, skimpy portions again. There’s no point in phoning them to complain as they rarely answer their phones. On the rare occasion I’ve got through, Managers refuse to give you their name, I was told “no, and I’m not required to either”. I dread and resent going to this McDonald’s now. Unfortunately it’s the nearest one to me.

Pretty much every time I visit this place they forget to put the full order in the bag. Nothing to cry about, but today 0 hash browns put in the bag. More annoying than anything as I always ask the staff if everything is in the bag before I drive off.
AVOID. Made to wait over 20 minutes for order then when we get home we realise one meal is missing. No phone number on receipt to complain…not worth tone 15 minute drive back. AVOID!

Placed order on justeat at 23:40 order accepted by restaurant time kept getting pushed back but we decided to stay up kept getting pushed back until 1am at which point I phone restaurant to be informed they never received an order? Surely they must have if it had been accepted. Terrible service and attitude on phone was not great.
