I’ve ordered from here hundreds of times for years. Food has always been great never had an issue but have had my fair share of misplaced items which usually get rectified.The issue they seem to have is staff turnover. Different drivers/front staff. Could be ordering for years as a regular then next day you’re a stranger to new staff who couldn’t give a toss about you.My curry sauce was missing. It happens, so I call up. I’m told they are extremely busy so it’ll be a long wait. I go off on one and explain if I eat my food the now what’s the point in the sauce. If I wait on the sauce my food will be cold. After a few back and forths he got a driver up with my sauce. But the food was Luke warm and sweaty at this point. Few bites and straight in the bin.Unfortunately it’ll be last time I order. I usually get the same order every time too and it costs £16 odd and I have done almost every week for 3 years.16(52 weeks) = £832 p/yearI’ll miss a week here and there if I’m out so I’m about £500-600 a year and I’ve seen at least 10 different staff on the front in that time.

Absolute joke of a place… I don’t think the girl on reception knows if it’s new year or New York… one minute the food was in the car; next minute is in the kitchen, next minute it isn’t cooked… fantastic for a family with an 85 year old woman…. It’s a shame to see incompetency run this please to the ground…

Visited this evening. Lady taking order was trying to serve me and speak on phone which lead to her getting my order wrong. Then told me she’d undercharged me and demanded more money. They corrected my order in record time - was clearly not made fresh. Got home and chips were undercooked and revolting. Won’t be back

Just got a meal , half the noodles dry, as if just came out off a packet, phoned to complain ,, trying to tell my wife that they are cooked ,, asked for uplift and order deliver something else . They would deliver if wife paid part of order and can't deliver ASAP, cos there busy,, well that,s the last order from our house

Won’t use this takeaway again just got order half a tub of slice onions about 8 small pieces of chicken no sauce terrible.used to be the best !
