I’ve ordered from this place for a while, first time ordering tonight and the portions are a lot smaller than what there used to be. Not even worth the price anymore. Will go to spice of life from now on as they are brilliant in terms of the quality of the food and prices ??

Over priced curry, resembled or tasted nothing like a chicken rogan josh. Peshwari nan bread was like cardboard with a little coconut, no almonds whatsoever. Overpriced veg pakora, bone dry & no sauce provided! £4.50 for 3 small scoops of ice cream. Staff too busy on their phones to be bothered, I had to attract their attention to be served. I wouldn’t touch this place with a barge pole. The food went in the bin, I couldn’t be bothered taking it back

How many times has this place used the excuse "their was a car crash". That's the excuse we received for our 12inch pizza taking 2.5 hours to be delivered for a 10 minute journey. Told to keep phoning back with an update and after the final time phoning we were given the "one of the drivers was in a car accident, car written off, nearly died" delivery driver says "think the driver was trying to overtake a granny" honestly, I laughed cause it sounded ridiculous.Maybe the big "C" word might be the excuse next time for anyone else choosing to order anything. Sorry the driver got c.ncer and nearly died within the 5 minute journey. "Hope you understand"No bother , lot of sh.te.Pizza was really nice though.3 out of 5 for the pizzaOther reviews makes me doubt the story of a car accident seems like a two hour wait is normal.

Terrible service!! Waited 2 hours for a delivery to lime crescent with only a 5 min drive... Wouldn't recommend this place.

waffles are great, but the 4 in 1 cake by Rebecca was not worth the money. No distinct taste and not very fresh.

Placed a desert order over uber eats. The order was accepted. Waited an hour and half so we phoned the shop and the girl on the phone said it had just left the shop. Another half hour went past so we called again. The guy couldn't find the order. Then told us it was out for delivery. Then it had just left. Told us they only had two drivers on, don't take orders when you can't fulfil them. Shambles.
Paid for seperate sauces and never receive them. Ordering through App! Kebabs dry and can't be eating.

What was usually food, tonight wasn’t. I ordered a munchie box and large tray of kabab which took a very long time to arrive (for a Wednesday was too long) when it did arrive it was cold to a extent my chicken pakoras and kababs had dried out.

I ordered a chocolate milkshake and got a kinder one , also the girl who was putting the cream on it had really long fake nails on, not the best order I’ve had

I have been using sizzler for years, but that's twice recently I have placed an order that just never arrived n not even a phone call regarding why. Once I can understand but not twice, just aswell I was paying cash but won't be giving them any my money in the future, just lost a regular customer

My son ordered on the app, he ordered me a kebab salad No Sauce, they obviously don’t read as a tonne of sauce hidden between the bread and meat, last time I’m ordering from here and not even calling them to complain because their customer service sucks when you complain
