We got raw chips , with a “protein pack” of unidentifiable miscellaneous pieces of meat. The pizza was just a frozen shop pizza aswell. The curry sauce wasn’t too bad but overall dreadful. The so called “buffalo wing” resembled a cats leg and didn’t smell anything like chicken. I’ll let you be the judge…. Oh and it was over £20 aswell

Been using this place for years now and the food is always top drawer, i am a lover of lamb bhuna but this place just cant get the lamb tender, its always tough and chewy, if they could get their lamb tender then would give 5 stars.

POLICE WHERE NOTIFIED . THE OWNER WAS VERY ABUSIVE TOWARDS ME. ordered up chicken pakora and chips at the weekend for a takeaway.usually thought this was brill food.how wrong was i.chicken pakora wouldnt say large size more like deep fried chicken just like a batter tasteless chips even tasteless .if i had bought out of iceland been better.one of the most expensive .seems to us cheap subnormal food overpriced.

Can't argue that the food is good and it is a very busy Saturday night however, we waited over an hour for a collection that said on the website 20 minutes. I was told on arrival at the shop it would be another 5 minutes, after 20 minutes our order STILL wasn't ready, the response i got was just "we are busy", then told it was "just getting boxed up" another 10 minutes. Then when I said they need to give customers a realistic time the attitude and tirade of verbal abuse of the male delivery driver was simply disgusting. Verbally abusing a female customer and NOT ONE member of staff stepped in....unacceptable.If this is what happens at front of shop, wonder what goes on behind closed doors.

There is always something missing from my order. Got my curry but rice was missing (waited 30 mins for rice) Next time large chicken kebab should come with Nan not pitta bread and it was NOT large. Last time I ordered no chips delivered. I won't place another order, too much hassel.

Iv just placed an online order which obviously is in front of the staff however 3rd time something is missing. This time it's the rice, so my nan bread is re-heated by myself, chilli chicken microwaved by myself in order to eat the meal hot. I then wait a further 30 minutes to receive the rice. Not good enough, nan now tough, chicken re-heated now over done. I wont use again. NOT ALOT TO ASK THAT AN ORDER IS CORRECT

The delivery was a bit late, but nowhere near late enough to explain how bad the food was, everything seemed like it was cooked the day before, outwith that the flavour was just bad. Pizza dry and bland, Kebab thin and tough, Pakora hard, chips sweaty, curry not tried it yet...

Usually food is good from here but tonight our food was disappointing. Pizza was good but donner kebab was soggy and swimming in sauce. Pakora were very overdone and dry as a bone. Most of it went in the bin. Haply birthday to me eh! .... Think we'll venture to a different take away for a while. Extremely disappointed.

It is not possible to get good takaway food in Cumbernauld but this is down there with the worst. Expensive rubbish delivered barely warm.

Used this a few times over lock down Ordered in advance you can select a delivery time through Just Eat and got a discount midweek Food was pretty good although finding not just this one but all the takeaways more expensive Can definitely recommend the Fish Pakora

Had a delivery this evening, it was first class fish pakora brilliant and the magic box was lovely and very full of nice tasting ingredients, 5 star from us

Phoned a delivery at 4.40 pm the delivery came minus sauce . Was told I would receive a fresh delivery in 45 mins as my donner meat would be cold by the time they delivered the sauce . The staff are rude and I am still waiting on my order the following day . Bad food bad customer service and now a bad reputation
