HOME DELIVERY ORDER VIA JUST EATDelivery was bang on time. No complaints there. Food was absolutely stone cold and items missing. Not sure how the food was so cold as I assumed this food was prepared fresh? No? Driver was very punctual too so it’s not her fault at all. This is the first time I’ve ordered from this subway, I assumed it would better after issues I had with the subway at Muirhead court. But it just seems there are no employable people in Cumbernauld who know how to make a sandwich. Furthermore, my sandwich was overloaded with onions, to an EXTREME extent. And I love onions, I always ask for them, but I never thought I’d have to complain that there is too many. The sheer amount of onions on the sandwich was almost comical. (see photo).Subway used to be a cut above the rest when it came to franchised fast food, but it’s fell down to the same level as all the rest. Untrained, uninterested and unfulfilled staff members, heating up frozen food.

Yet another trash branch, gloves not changed between handling meat and veg. No apology offered, and this was after waiting for staff to actually show up. Despairing of the entire chain at this point, no member of staff seems to follow the most basic food hygiene training.

Do not eat here. The staff are ignorant and don't listen to what you are telling them. On multiple occasions they have put things on my sandwich that I didn't ask for. They are also just rude in general and lack basic social skills. The sandwiches are thrown together into a pile of mess and my friend has found clumps of hair in their food. Their salads.. you can't call them salads. They just throw everything into a small box and call it a day. Overall, a negative experience and I don't recommend it to anyone.Vegetarian options: There is no vegetarian option. You are forced to have some sort of meat on your sandwich.Kid-friendliness: They are not kid friendly in the slightest. The workers growled and hissed at my son which I found to be completely out of line and ridiculous. This is not a safe place for all children and young people.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no wheelchair accessibility. My mother who is in a wheelchair herself was unable to enter the building. When she complained about this the lady behind the counter refused to serve her and asked her to leave, while threatening me and my family.Dietary restrictions: They are not gluten-free or lactose intolerant friendly. I fall under both of these categories and this leaves me with very limited options when it comes to Subway. Most subways have alternatives to these dietary requirements, however this franchise in particular has made no attempt to accommodate my dietary needs, which I feel is breaching my human rights.

If you like Subway as I do... DO NOT EAT HERE! Must be the worst franchise in the chain! I've witnessed how staff are treated by management, and it's no wonder they always look miserable, as do the contents of the sandwitch.

Ordered via just eat. Part of the order was a veggie delight, no cheese was selected on the order as its an allergy for that person. Received the order and the veggie delight has cheese on it.An unfortunate mistake but needs to be mentioned.

Order ahead and paid. Arrived couple a minutes past the collection time. Order was not ready. I won’t be mentioning it if it was just a one time accident but this happens repeatedly.

Popped in today as my son wanted a sub. The three staff behind the counter rude and unhelpful. I went to pay with my points as I have over 1700 to be told I couldn't?! Why ?! Won't be back to this store in future.

Manager "Cash" is rude, arrogant and belligerent with little to no customer service or management skills! Placed an order for delivery, order arrived (or half of it did) upon calling the store I was informed "I could have the rest of my food if I collected it" even though I paid MY money for a delivery I was then refused a refund and told "its not my problem as I'm busy at the moment" quite frankly the most pathetic member of staff I have come across in my length of time on this planet! Refused to fulfill my order, stole my money and spoke to me like I was dirt on his shoe! Subway should be proud to employ what I can only go by his phone manner in saying is a self absorbed thug as their manager! Pathetic from the bottom to the top

Took my partner and 3 children to subway for lunch which ended up being over £30..... Absolutely no offer of any meal deal, we don’t go that often where we know the prices and offers. Would’ve been cheaper going to McDonald’s, Burger King with Change to spare. After going back to the car in sheer disbelief, we checked online and would’ve saved money if we’d been offered a Meal deal for the subs instead of going separate for everything. I suggest that better training is provided to your subway team on actually explaining offers and actually speaking to the customer not just for Family’s but for individuals too. Absolute rip off.
