Delivery for me and my Mrs... Order was delivered without my dinner lol. Called them to explain and he said he sent it with the driver and that he would make me a fresh one and send it up..i said I didn't want it to be another hour, and he said he couldn't guarantee it as they only had 1 driver on. I said can't u just call the driver and ask him to come back and he said no, he didn't have his number lol. No exactly great customer service. Won't be back

Waited two hours for food, phoned to be told they had already delivered and I didn't answer I assured them this was not the case they put the driver on who advised the same but it turns out he was at the wrong address. The driver said he would get another order out for me and they never did. I had just finished a twelve hour shift at the homeless unit I work at and was unable to order from anywhere else as it was to late due to waiting for an order that didn't come

I have been using you guys (Kashmir Cottage) for years and your Pizzas have always been great. But I ordered a Pizza tonight and was bitterly disappointed. Waited 4 hours on a delivery tonight. Still hasnt showed up. Eventually got through to them after over 200 attempts and when I explained to them the situation and asked for my money back as I payed by card and the payments been took I was hung up on twice. I understand the situation we are facing just now and how busy fast food delivery places will be but still doesn't mean I should be conned and disrespected.

Another quality takeaway establishment, food has always been of great quality and cooked to perfection. Staff have always been friendly and efficient. Menus are well designed and easy to read.

Ordered food last night. 2 hours later despite several calls and various promises the food arrives. Mixed kebab. Donner clearly been sitting for hours, lamb cremated, chicken dry and like rubber. Took the delivery back to them and got another. Even the fresh one was terrible. 1st and last time they will be used.Avoid using this place. Every other Indian in Cumbernauld miles better than this.Would rate 0 stars if it would let me.

I am not sure if the restaurant aims to feed people or pigs. We ordered grilled munchy box and the amount of salt was disguisting, bones in chicken were almost black which means it was not fresh at all. Salad contained only cabbage and salt. Chips were cold and tasted like rubber. Order was late, it wouldn't be a problem if the food was ok. Not reccommended. Order only if you are starving or there's zombie apocalypse. Avoid if you care about your health.
Ordered an Aloo Gobi Biryani and was so disappointed at what I received, I've never seen the likes of it. The rice was blood red and the few small pieces of potato and cauliflower was also dyed bright red, like the rice that they were indistinguishable.The only flavour I could taste was salt, and if there were any spices in there they were lost under the salt. When called the shop to complain we were told this normal and was how they were made. I won't ever use them again and can't recommend them to anyone else either.

Placed an order on JustEat for 11.30 and it arrived at 10.00ish when I was still at work. Phoned up and explained and the person on the phone sent out a new order for 11.30. Amazing customer skills and very polite. Kashmir Cottage should be proud.
