“What a find!!! Absolute stranger to the place, in the door 5 minutes maximum and everyone had said hello. You don't get that in pubs these days. Great choice of beer with a surprisingly brilliant attention to detail on every pint poured - that wasnt the highlight. I returned 2 weeks later to be recognised, welcomed, made to feel like both a regular and local ( I live 45 miles away). I cannot fault this pub, its owners, its regulars, its beer or its cleanliness. 5 stars.”
