What a disgusting service. Order mild coronation and send me spicy as h.... when I phoned worker didn't know anything and told me everything is spicy there - SO IT SHOULD BE INFORMATION WE SELL SPICY FOOD. Definitely not recommend this place.

Very rude people are working there, worst experience ever, they treat you with disrespect and talk very badly with customers.Woman who works there just talk nonsense when you ask something I suppose she was under alcohol or drugs. I ask politely for a cup holder and men who works there said to bring back cup holder after I finished, I think it is not hygienic , just wow !! Guys avoid that place if you don't want to ruin your day

I have to agree with the last review I’m afraid. The “owner” of this franchise couldn’t care less. I wouldn’t be surprised if very poor hygiene was behind the counter with no food safety concept in mind. The woman behind the counter is rude and always bad tempered. It has to be the worst baguette express I’ve ever been into. If you’re really starving and want something rather than the usual Greggs I guess it’s fine, but at your own risk! I wouldn’t be surprised if they clean their a..se after a jo..ie and serve you a nice baguette without cleaning their hands.

The guy who works here is the most annoying bad tempered grump and worst attitude towards customers that I have ever come across.It's worth going just to see for yourself.

Nice staff, quick service and fresh food!I ordered a chicken tikka panini, lentil soup and a traybake.they were all really tasty and reasonably priced.I'll definitely be back!Thanks guys :)

Since the original owners have taken over working in the shop the standards have went down. Now you get half filled baguettes thrown at you. Get attitude when you ask for a bag.
