2nd time been and 2nd time experience was poor. First time told in drive thru to wait around front as order not ready. Decided to just wait and staff really rude. What is point of drive thru if doesn't work. 2nd time again order not ready and moved to 2nd window. Order finally came and completely wrong and again no word of apology. Worst mc Donald's in area. Suggest you avoid

Worst mcdonalds around. Service is always poor, never any milshake as the machine is always "broke". Think I've managed to get the correct / full order 1/10 times.

Horrific. Every time I’ve come here it’s half portions, food missing from the order, stone cold and bacon is always raw. Staff on the drive thru have stinking attitude as well. Would rather drive further for McDonald’s going forward.

I am extremely disappointed with the restaurant's service. It's been four times in a row that they have failed to deliver all the items we ordered. We ordered two large meals and two Happy Meals, yet one of the drinks is always missing, and the food is always stone cold. We live just 0.9 miles away, so there is no excuse for such poor service. I spoke to the manager a couple of weeks ago, and she assured me that this wouldn't happen again. However, she was quick to blame Uber Eats for my missing drink, which is unacceptable.

Disaster, click and collect order, hash brown missing and toffee latte…what can I say other than rubbish! Check out the picture and what I got!!! Almost laughable!

This the third time we've used drive through and got home to discover a complete meal paid for and missing. Was told the last time we should have phoned. Nobody ever answers the phone. Really annoying especially when we are ordering between six and ten meals. Someone has to share or go without. Poor!

Service was slow, food was cooked fresh so it was piping hot which was good. Items unavailable so had to change from what I wanted. Staff were being pestered from 2 youths and a lot of them seemed really uncomfortable.

Waited an eternity for my order. Fighting for space in the restaurant amongst delivery driver’s whilst we all wait on the drive thru being the priority. I would NOT recommend sitting in or ordering via just eat or others as once your money is in the till, THEY COULDNT CARE LESS!!!!

My recent McDonald's experience left me deeply disappointed. I ordered a chicken selection, garlic bites, and a cheeseburger, expecting the usual reliable quality. Unfortunately, what followed was anything but satisfying. The food seemed okay initially, but shortly after consuming it, my husband and I both fell ill.What was most alarming, however, was the severe bout of sickness that followed. Both my husband and I experienced stomach discomfort, nausea, and vomiting shortly after our meal. This was a stark departure from the consistent and safe dining experiences we've come to expect from McDonald's.It's disheartening to report such a negative experience with a brand known for its reliability and consistency. Food safety and quality are paramount, and this incident has certainly shaken our trust. We hope McDonald's takes immediate steps to address these issues to ensure the well-being of its customers. This experience was a stark reminder that even well-established brands can sometimes falter, and vigilance in food safety is crucial.

Shocking staff service with their own staff, one individual lying about an autistic staff member and getting him fired and having people lie about it also. Absolute disgusting and she should be dismissed also for lying about it. Absolute disgrace I’ll never use this McDonald’s again as they’ve sacked an autistic staff member without accommodating him during the first initial interview

How can one place be so useless!Ordered twice now from just eat and yous can't even get an order right.Second time we ordered 8 meals yous only sent the drinks and chips and stapled the receipts to the side of the bag surely out of the 50 staff there one of them can read.Completely incompetent need to sort your business out!

We have used this McDonald's several times and we are almost always disappointed with missing items, no mcflurry or milkshakes because the machine is broken, no sauces added to the bag for cheese dippers, always having to wait for our orders at the car park/second window (even last time when there was only one other car) but this visit was the last straw. We ordered one medium meal and one large and they always give you less than you would expect. This time there was no difference between the large drink or fries from the medium option! Absolutely rubbish. Stop robbing customers and sort yourselves out. The server was pleasant and when we asked about sauce she said she would give us extra just in case.

Not actually open 24/7, came around 21:50 and was met with a 'I'm sorry, we actually closed already', even though five/ten minutes ago a car went through the drive through. The option of ordering on the app and picking up is also available, either fix the working hours to correct ones or don't close early, thank you.

Cleanliness of the restaurant was awful, the past 2 times I've been in its been really dirty. Greasy trays that the food is on, tables dirty, food left on the floor, toilets are disgusting. The staff are friendly and I get that it's busy but surely it's a priority to have a clean environment where food is being served.
