I am extremely disappointed with the restaurant's service. It's been four times in a row that they have failed to deliver all the items we ordered. We ordered two large meals and two Happy Meals, yet one of the drinks is always missing, and the food is always stone cold. We live just 0.9 miles away, so there is no excuse for such poor service. This the third time we've used drive through and got home to discover a complete meal paid for and missing. Was told the last time we should have phoned. Nobody ever answers the phone. Really annoying especially when we are ordering between six and ten meals. Someone has to share or go without. Poor!

Horrific. Every time I’ve come here it’s half portions, food missing from the order, stone cold and bacon is always raw. Staff on the drive thru have stinking attitude as well. Would rather drive further for McDonald’s going forward.
