Came here for lunch and photos looked nice. Place looked like a dump when we arrived. Food was ok place was a bit cramped and run down. Nice staff, quick service but not for me.

A quick bowl of soup. Always busy but served quickly by efficient friendly staff. Soup hot and tasty. Useful location as close to ev charge points.

First time visiting Courtyard Coffe Shop in Dingwall and it won't be my last. Thanks to the people who gave us directions as we wouldn't have known about it otherwise.Staff very helpful, courteous and friendly.Food lovely, and quick to arrive.Shop had a welcoming atmosphere and was very clean and bright.

It's obviously a very busy establishment but we found the customer service lacking. We were greeted by a pleasant young waitress who tried to sit us at a free table. An older woman boomed down from behind the counter, saying, 'can't sit there'. We didn't know where to look, including the waitress. It was very embarrassing as she also said try the back room, then 'no you can't sit there, they are reserved. Needless to say I doubt we will return

We were looking to have our lunch here and were being shown to a table when all of a sudden a loud screeching woman screamed across the whole restaurant from behind the counter 'No, they can't sit there, it's reserved' She was so loud and everyone turned their heads in our direction! How embarrassing for us and for the young girl who was showing us to the table. This screeching woman was quite hideous in her manner - No words of apology, just screaming across the floor at us!!! The young girl then led us to a table out back but came back a minute later and told us this table was also reserved. We just left and certainly will not be returning BUT whoever is in charge of this establishment, have a word with the screecher and get her to do some customer service training!!!!!
