This restaurant of starbucks was excellent, the service although not busy was personal Nd excellent, normal quality of food and drink and the furniture comfortable and relaxing and air con not top cold and music

An nice wee place. loud music from customers who i guess were students while studying was a bit off puting.

Having been displaced from our home due to dry rot, with our two year old twins in tow, we were having an extremely stressful night. Between hotel hopping and trying to find accommodation we went into Dumbarton Starbucks to quickly grab something to eat and get the twins some milk. The staff went over and above to accommodate us, they were warm, welcoming and understanding. They made the girls some milk and were so helpful. Cannot thank them enough! They provided a bright spot in an otherwise very stressful night. A credit to their employers.

Who puts Dylan from the Magic Roundabout on the drive thru window? Slow is actually a bit fast to describe this speed & then gets the order wrong even though it had been repeated back at order point & of course the "extra" latte was then served at warp factor minus 10! Of course getting charged for a cup at drive thru' beggars belief,I mean how else are you going to get your coffee?

No GF food other than Crisps. Coffee is good but service speed mediocre and a 'canteen' atmosphere. Only went here because Costa was closed on 1st January but won't be dashing backDietary restrictions: Only GF option was crisps?

Unaware there is a 90 minute parking restriction at this branch, found out when fine arrived via post.Their Web page says in the about section, there is free of charge street parking and free parking lot.Won't be rushing to go back here.
Disappointed in the whole experience.No gluten free options at all!My latte was luke warm.Won't be back.Dietary restrictions: Was told by a staff member that Starbucks have removed their gluten free options and replaced them with vegan options ?♀️Why not have both?!
